Landscape Photography Class
Description:
Learn to create dramatic nature landscapes that will truly capture the moment as you remember it. This class will demystify manual exposure and teach you how to shoot in manual with confidence. Discover the key to great landscape photos, how to frame a shot for big impact, how to get the sharpest image possible, what the most important tool in a landscape photographer’s bag is and much more. Then apply these new skills in the field on a shoot with the instructor. SLR camera required; digital SLR highly recommended.

How to Shoot in Manual Mode
Description:
Finally learn how to take pictures with your DSLR camera in full manual mode with confidence and predictability. In this seminar, you’ll learn how shutter speed, aperture and ISO work together to create an exposure when shooting in manual. You’ll also learn about your camera’s light meter, how it thinks, how to read it, what its drawbacks and advantages are and how to use it to figure out your settings. Find out what the most common misconceptions are when learning to shoot in manual and learn how to get correct exposures with an easy-to-understand and fun-to-use technique for manual metering. You’ll never have to guess at exposure again!
