Oct 25th Crystal Cove Workshop Results

My recent Sunset in Crystal Cove Workshop this past Sunday was another success! All of my students were great to shoot with, the weather was comfortable, the beach was relatively empty and the shootin' was lots of fun! Here are my results from the day:

Slot Canyons Workshop Pictures

My California Slot Canyons Workshop in Anza-Borrego Desert State Park held this past Saturday went great! The temperatures were warm but the crowds were gone and we had the canyons virtually to ourselves! Here are my pictures from the day:

By the time we made it to Palm Slot, the light was fading. To add a little more interest to the bland lighting of the canyon, I used a wirelessly-triggered strobe bounced off the canyon wall with a CTO gel on it and my camera set to tungsten white balance. This created deep blue shadows with a contrasting warm light. The last one in this series is my personal favorite from the day.

As usual, Iíd like to thank all of my students for attending! You guys were a pleasure to work with and I hope you all learned something new from this workshop!
