Once I enroll, when can I start?
After you enroll and complete the checkout process, you will receive an email within 2 business days with your login information for the curriculum home page. This login (username and password) will allow you to access the curriculum home page from anywhere there's an internet connection. Once you have this login information, you can start whenever you please! There is no schedule for these online courses - start when you want and finish whenever you're ready!

What if I can’t finish the course in the stated time period?
No sweat! The stated time period for the course (e.g. 4 weeks) is just the suggested time period. You can take as long as you'd like to finish. You can even finish early because all course materials will be available to you from day one!

Can I get help if I have trouble with the course?
Absolutely! Every course includes unlimited email support with a direct address to Nick Carver. Phone and/or online chat support also available for an additional charge.

How do I get the course materials once I’ve signed up?
All course materials are retrieved and/or viewed online through a password-protected curriculum home page. No materials are e-mailed to you. All you need to do is log in to the curriculum home page with your assigned login information and you'll have access to all the weekly lesson guides and videos. You can either view them online while you study, or download the files to your computer for offline viewing or printing. This method allows you to retrieve the curriculm materials from anywhere there's an internet connection - even if you didn't save them or bring them with you!

My friend(s) and I want to take the course together, do we each need to pay the enrollment fee?
Yes. The enrollment fee covers access to the curriculum materials for 1 person and 1 person only. Sharing the curriculum materials with anyone who hasn't paid the enrollment fee is tantamount to piracy.
