Regardless of whether the print is framed or not, only 100 editions of each image will be made. Each is signed and dated by Nick Carver and includes a Certificate of Authenticity validating its edition number with a unique serial ID.

Images are printed with LightJet technology on Kodak Professional Endura Metallic Paper, which means that unlike traditional InkJet prints used by many other photographers, Nick Carver's fine art prints are true photographic prints wherein photo-sensitive paper is exposed to the original image, then put through developer chemicals to create a print. This results in archival-quality photos that exceed typical InkJet prints in longevity, durability and sharpness.

The metallic-based paper utilizes a specific, proprietary combination of film laminates that results in prints far superior to normal glossy photos. Kodak Endura Metallic prints have a distinct 3-dimensional appearance to them and look as though backlit. This coupled with its high-gloss finish and metallic base result in images with superb brightness, clarity and depth. Blacks are denser and colors more saturated. These prints also offer enhanced resistance to tear and increased stability, lasting up to 100 years in typical home display or 200 years in dark storage. Kodak Metallic Prints also have reduced developer replenisher rates, which means less chemical waste and negative impact on the environment.
